TIME

Thinking about time is thinking about an idea, a feeling, a flow of life experiences. Since it involves dealing with an indispensable physical grandeur, since it possesses historic, scientific, and philosophical importance. With the aim of dealing with the various conceptions of time, MAST is holding the 'Faz Tempo – Time' exhibition.

It focuses on presenting different methods of measurement, the relationship with the observation of natural phenomena, and the principles of science involved in them. The notions of natural and social time are presented in a clear form, as well as the questions relative to the scales of astronomical and geological time.

The exhibition includes scientific instruments from the MAST collections and interactive apparatus which invite the visitor to explore some dimensions of time.
